  Decent quality with a fair price. Also have really expensive stuff which is dear but you only get what you pay for!

  However, i have been in the store on three seperate occasions over the last three weeks and i was blown away with the change in the attitude of the young staff members. Very pleasant and keen to help.

  I have been a regular at this store since it first opened and i must say that it used to be a hit and miss affair in terms of staff service.

  Customer service extremely poor. I asked a young man to show me the in's and outs of a backpack i wanted to purchase and if he could recommend another brand/size. He was vague and literally just opened the bag and said 'this is how to zip it open and close it' He clearly lacked product knowledge and customer service skills, you could at least pretend you want to be at work instead of being blunt and unhelpful for customers. I ended up having to google brands and watch youtube videos in the store as nobody else was willing to help. It is a shame when you are not very experienced with buying products like this and the people who work at the place seem to be clueless to...........

  I was very impressed with the new store manager who really knows his stuff and i would gladly recommend this Anaconda store to anyone.
