  Great service. Bought my Norco sight few weeks ago and couldn't be more happier. Matt was fantastic to deal with. And I don't understand why most of the people had problem with the bald guy. He was pretty good to me. Very polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend bikeforce cannigton.

  I picked up a bike to have a feel of it, and the bald guy in the shop went absolutely nuts and was extremely rude. I used to like this store, but I won't be returning ever again.

  Be warned!!! The tall bald guy is very rude. Wont be spending my money there for sure. He should be sacked, be better for everyone

  I requested a return of a handlebar stem - unused; untouched; still in original packaging. They just said a flat no to the return. I bought it online - when it arrived (in good condition) it was not going to look good on my bike. No returns is stated in their policies; but they are the only online retailer I have heard of that does not accept returns. Order also took much longer to arrive than in Sydney than other online shops. Price was good. I will not use them again. And recommend others to do the same. Buy from one of the other online stores in Australia you will get much better service.
